Jackie is a certified fitness instructor teaching various fitness class formats including R.I.P.P.E.D, Turbo Kick, Pilates, Strength & Tone, Core, etc. at Milford YMCA and Body Language.

Jackie is A.C.E. certified group fitness instructor and personal trainer. Jackie is a certifiied R.I.P.P.E.D and Turbo Kick instructor.

Jackie believes in fitness and overall healthy life. Not only is she is trainer, but also a fitness coach for many of her students, many of whom have been with her for many years.

R.I.P.P.E.D. is a total body "plateau proof fitness formula" workout, utilizing resistance and cardio training, which masterfully combines Resistance, Intervals, Power, Plyometrics, Endurance & Diet.

In 2012, Jackie submitted the photo on the right and was voted Top 10 in the national R.I.P.P.E.D 2 Fit contest. This was after giving birth to her third child in 2011.
